About Pink Avenue + Owner, Jess Heller
Founded in 2005 by Amanda Moore, Pink Avenue has served the city of Hot Springs for just over 15 years. Halfway through 2017 Jessica Heller, then manager, was offered the opportunity of a lifetime: to take over and carry on the Pink Avenue legacy. Working retail since she was 15, Jess jumped at the chance and has spent every day since then doing what she loves.
Customers consider Pink Avenue a fun and exciting place to shop, and many customers have donned Jess as a “retail therapist” as she makes the shopping experience one of a kind.

“I want everyone to feel welcome, always. No matter if you leave with something or not, although it’s always great if you do, I want you to want to come back because of the experience!”
Being a part of Pink Avenue’s journey since 2008, Jess has always taken it upon herself to get to know her customers on a personal level; in doing so, she’s able to maintain a dialogue of openness and honesty. Not only does Jess want all customers to look good, more importantly she wants them to feel good, to feel confident.
As a woman owned business, Jess takes a lot of pride in what she does. She takes not only her customers into consideration, but the entire community of Hot Springs, which has brought her great support and love over the past 3 years; Pink Avenue has been named one of Hot Springs Top Rated Boutiques, voted on by customers, fellow local business owners, and the people of Garland County.

“Although this job isn’t always easy, definitely not always glamorous, hearing stories from customers that have progressed in their lives- whether they were high school students now young business women themselves, or a girl who started dating someone and then later got engaged, knowing I was a part of their journey is the most satisfying! Those stories remind me why I love my job and why I do what I do!”
Not only does Jess run a business, she is a dog mom to Winnie (the store mascot), and is a new wife to Jonathan. Juggling a family + work balance is a new adventure for her, but very fulfilling. As a Hot Springs native, Jess couldn’t imagine being away from the town she’s called home for over 32 years and is looking forward to all the excitement to come involving Pink Avenue and becoming a newlywed!
