We offer in store pick up between 10-5, Monday- Saturday, for our customers at 3948 Central Avenue, located between Starbucks and Verizon.

Delivery + shipping
Pink Avenue will happily delivery any items right to your doorstep as long as you're within a 5-10 mile radius of the store. Any further than that, you'll be charged a $5 flat rate fee.
Another option, for all of our out of town customers, is shipping; we charge a $5 flat rate fee. Once an order is placed and we've received the payment and your shipping information, we will ship your item(s)- typically within 48 hours. Once you've received your items, feel free to tag us in your photos (@shoppinkavenue) for a chance to be featured on our social media!

Return Policy
We offer store credit and exchanges for returns: items should be returned unworn, unwashed, and we would appreciate that all original tags be attached or brought back with items.
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
All returns must be made within 30 days of the original order. If you're mailing a return back, please let us know so we can watch out for it; unfortunately, Pink Avenue does not provide return labels. Once the 30 days has passed, we will not be able to accept your return.
If you would like to simply exchange your item for the same item in just a different size, assuming we have the size you need, you may come in or send the item back while we keep the correct item on hold for you. Once we receive your item, we will release the new item to you.
Because we're a small business, we do not offer cash/credit refunds.
STORE CREDITS:
Any store credit obtained from a return will expire after 1 year and you must keep up with your receipt. Store credits obtained from a giveaway, an auction, won in a prize package, etc. will have a specific expiration date 6 months from when the credit was received.

- Items that have been sold during a promo
- Already marked sale items
- Accessories: including hats, hair accessories, and jewelry

Gift Certificates expire after 1 year and you must keep up with it. To use your gift certificate, it must be present in store; we will then gladly update the remaining balance, if applicable. Physical gift certificates, unfortunately, cannot be used online.

Pink Avenue E Gift Cards can be bought and used both in store and online. Once an E Gift Card is purchased, an email will be sent to the recipient; they will then be able to shop, as well as check their available balance online.
